Fee Structure 2025–26
Approved by the Board of Governors for Academic Year 2025–26. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The following fee structure is approved by the Board of Governors of Thal University Bhakkar for the Academic Year 2025–26. Fees are payable per semester at the designated bank branches listed below. Students must submit the original fee deposit slip to the Finance Office within 3 working days of payment to complete enrollment. Fee structures are reviewed annually and any revisions are announced at least 30 days before the start of the academic semester.

Fee Concessions
TUB offers financial concessions to eligible students. Concessions are subject to verification and approval by the Treasurer's Office.
Hafiz-e-Quran
25% on Tuition Fee
Students who have memorised the Holy Quran are eligible for a 25% concession on tuition fees upon submission of a verified Sanad from a recognised institution.
Need-Based Financial Aid
Up to 50% on Tuition Fee
Deserving students from low-income families may apply for need-based aid. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment along with family income documents.
Sibling / Family Concession
10% on Tuition Fee
If two or more siblings are enrolled simultaneously at TUB, each sibling receives a 10% concession on tuition fees. Applicable from the second enrolled sibling onward.

Important Notes
Installment Policy:Students facing financial hardship may apply for installment payment in 3 equal parts within the semester. Applications must be submitted to the Treasurer's Office by the end of Week 2 of each semester with supporting documentation.
Late Fee Fine: A fine of PKR 100 per day is charged after the fee due date. The maximum cumulative fine is PKR 2,000. Students with outstanding dues will not be allowed to appear in examinations.
Refund Policy: Admission fee is non-refundable. Tuition fee may be refunded (minus PKR 1,000 processing charge) if withdrawal is submitted within the first 2 weeks of the semester.
Fee structure is subject to annual revision by university authorities. Any changes will be notified at least 30 days before the start of the affected semester.
