The Faculty of Computing is the flagship faculty of Thal University Bhakkar, offering state-of-the-art programs in computer science, information technology, and software engineering. With fully equipped computer labs, high-speed internet infrastructure, and a curriculum aligned with industry needs, the faculty prepares graduates for careers in software development, cybersecurity, data science, and tech entrepreneurship. Close collaboration with Pakistan's IT industry ensures students gain practical exposure alongside theoretical knowledge.

The Faculty of Sciences nurtures analytical thinking and scientific inquiry across mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The faculty houses modern science laboratories equipped for undergraduate research, spectroscopic analysis, and experimental physics. Programs are designed to develop graduates who can pursue higher studies at national and international universities, or contribute to Pakistan's agricultural, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors. The faculty also supports the newly established Thal Research Centre in arid-land environmental studies.

The Faculty of Management & Admin Sciences shapes the next generation of business leaders and financial professionals for Southern Punjab and beyond. Offering BBA, MBA, and BS Accounting & Finance, the faculty draws on case-study pedagogy, live business projects, and guest lectures from industry professionals. The MBA program is designed specifically for working professionals seeking to advance into leadership roles. The faculty maintains active links with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce, SECP, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

The Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences fosters critical thought, cultural understanding, and communicative excellence. Programs in English, Pakistan Studies, and Sociology equip graduates to serve in civil services, education, media, development organisations, and public policy. The faculty runs a vibrant Literary and Debating Society, organising inter-university competitions and community outreach initiatives across Bhakkar district. A strong emphasis on writing, research methodology, and regional languages distinguishes its graduates in competitive examinations.

Dean: Dr. Khalid Mehmood

Established in 2023 as TUB's newest faculty, the Faculty of Education addresses the acute shortage of qualified teachers in the Thal region. The BS Education program develops skilled pedagogues for primary and secondary levels, while the MEd program provides advanced professional development for in-service teachers and school administrators. The faculty partners with district education authorities across Bhakkar, Layyah, and Mianwali to place student-teachers in practicum schools, giving them hands-on classroom experience before graduation.
